Food science summer schools are completely free to attend for Year 12 students looking to learn more about the role that science plays in the food and grocery industry. Five summer schools are taking place in 2017, at the University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, University of Reading, Cardiff Metropolitan University and Harper Adams University.
