Industry Working Groups

Are you looking to grow yourself or your team personally and professionally? Want to improve your or your team’s understanding of the supply chain?

ECR Mentoring gives you and your future supply chain talent unique development opportunities through cross-company mentoring in the food and grocery industry.

You will be paired with leaders from non-competitive businesses to achieve learning outcomes within a supportive framework provided free of charge by IGD’s ECR UK.

Your personal and professional growth will be promoted by the programme to help the industry’s future talent prepare for leading in a challenging and ever-changing world.

ECR UK’s focus is on maximising value to Mentors as well as Mentees.
ECR Mentoring is an ECR Europe Award winning programme which has been growing year-on-year from 34 Mentors and Mentees in 2013, 68 in 2014, 134 in 2015, to 160 in 2016 with a target of 200 in 2017.
