Supply Chain Transformation Director, Tesco
Tom is Supply Chain Transformation Director at Tesco, leading the change programme across the business to improve availability, reduce costs and simplify the supply chain, both in the UK and Internationally.
The transformation programme spans store, depot and head office processes, alongside working in partnership with suppliers across the world to improve the way we operate.
Earlier roles have included Supply Chain Operations Director for Packaged Foods and UK Development Director at Tesco. His previous experience was in Marketing Strategy within WPP, having started his career at a start-up venture capital fund.
Vice President Supply Chain, Unilever UK & Ireland
Sarah joined the UK and Ireland board in spring 2014, having joined Unilever more than 20 years ago as a graduate trainee.
In her role as VP Supply Chain for the UK & Ireland, Sarah is responsible for the supply chain of the UK and Ireland operating market, including customer service, planning, warehousing and distribution. The UK and Ireland supply chain network comprises more than 10 factories manufacturing consumer goods across four categories: foods, refreshment, home care and personal care.
Sarah has held numerous senior supply chain roles in Unilever since joining as a graduate trainee, including global and European roles such as Vice President Supply Chain, Savoury and Vice President Supply Chain, Personal Care.
