Their challenge

Our client, an international supplier of personal care products, was organising a two day meeting for its Marketing and Customer Developments Directors across Europe and wanted us to present findings of our trading relationships and customer engagement capability research as well as assess internally the capability of the Customer Development and Marketing teams.

Our solution

We provided an unbiased perspective on trading relationships and conducted a detailed assessment of our client’s customer engagement capability. This was used to benchmark our client’s position with its peer group and compare and contrast internal views of current capability between functions and regions. The results were used to facilitate internal discussions and prioritise next steps.
