Our solution

The 4 day training programme covered a wide range of commercial skills to meet current and future requirements from retailers. Topics included Customer Engagement, Category Management and Shopper Marketing, Effective Business Planning, Building Joint Business Plans and Supply Chain Effectiveness.

The outcome

The overall feedback from the 4 day programme from delegates was outstanding. The team have developed personal and business-wide action plans covering key focus areas they identified during the 4 days with us.
