We designed and hosted a programme of activities to enable a mixed group of European grocery manufacturers to learn more about the grocery supply chain.

Our clients wanted to gain a better understanding of development taking place in the grocery supply chain, retailer strategies and what this means for manufacturers.

Our solution

Through a combination of facilitated workshops and store visits, we put together a programme to help the group understand best practice and advances taking place in the grocery supply chain and to help them identify learnings and opportunities for their businesses.

The outcome

As a result of the workshop, the participants were able to evaluate the changing supply chain landscape and what it means to be customer focused.
