In-store based learning

Their challenge

Our client, a multinational drinks manufacturer, wanted us to help accelerate the retail awareness of the broader cross functional (sales, supply chain and finance) team

Our solution

We delivered an interactive two day programme designed to help the team understand key retail strategies, uncover how the supply chain works from the back of store to shelf and build knowledge from a total chain perspective.

The outcome

This was a unique offering, a blend of in-store experience based learning, coupled with input from ourselves and a major retailer’s category supply team. This enabled the session to be highly participative and action orientated. Our client identified clear next steps and areas for improvement as a result of the programme.
