Staying in touch with the shopper is important to keep one step ahead and success in this area can be achieved only through a deep understanding of the key trends that will shape the future of shopping.

Our solution

Drawing on extensive desk research, shopper research from IGD’s ShopperVista and primary interviews across the industry, we prepared a detailed report on possible evolution scenarios for the store of the future. We also ran workshops with our client’s senior commercial team to embed learning and identify next steps.
