Wayne has been a Category Supply Manager at Co-op for 3 years, leading the demand teams across the Impulse and Drinks areas. Given the nature of the products in these categories, Wayne works with a predominantly branded supplier base. Wayne has spent nearly 20 years in Supply Chain, starting his career at ASDA where he spent 10 years working up from Demand Planner, experiencing all chambers during his time there, before moving to Co-op in 2018.

Sam has worked as the Head of Collaboration and Customer Services within Mars for the last 2.5 years. Sam’s role sees her working with all customers across the UK and Ireland and leading the customer facing supply chain remit.

Prior to working in Supply chain, the majority of Sam’s career has been with the shopper marketing and display space, but nearly always customer facing across her total 6 years at Mars.

Prior to Mars, Sam’s career started as a graduate at KP Snacks, again working within the shopper marketing and more commercial side of the business.
