What is the format of the event?
- The event is a one-day conference with a combination of plenary and breakout sessions that you will be able to select
Where is the event taking place?
- The Venue is CodeNode, 10 South Place, London, EC2M 7EB
- The venue is located around 5 minutes’ walk from both Liverpool Street and Moorgate Tube Stations
Is there accommodation nearby?

The venue is conveniently located near to many hotels of varying budgets.

There are plenty of budget hotels such as South Place Hotel located opposite the venue and Travelodge London Central City Rd. There are also more luxury brands such as Sun St Hotel, Shoreditch and Pan Pacific London.
Is there a dress code?
- Most people opt for Business casual.
- The venue is across two floors and you will need to walk a short distance from your arrival train station, so we would recommend some comfortable shoes.
What is the food provision at the event?
- Food will provided throughout the day by one of our event partners.
- All food and beverages during the event will be served in sustainable/recyclable packaging.
Can I access presentations after the event?
- Any speaker-approved slides will be made available after the event.
I have registered for the event, but I haven’t had any details through. What should I do?
I can no longer attend, could I please get a refund? Would it be possible to transfer my ticket to someone else?
Please see below a reminder of our refund policy:
- Over 30 days’ notice – Full refund
- 15-30 days’ notice – 50% refund
- Less than 15 days’ notice – No refund
- If you wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague, this is free of charge, please send over their details as well as those of the individual they will be replacing, to [email protected]. Please make sure the request is with us one week prior to the event to ensure access to the event app and virtual platform.
- If you would like to change the name on the ticket, please advise us at least one week prior to the event. Name changes must be made in writing to [email protected].
How do I obtain a VAT receipt?
- A receipt will be sent to your company’s finance department once your order has been processed. If you would like a copy, please send your order number & request to [email protected].
How do I communicate my accessibility needs?
What is your inclusion and diversity policy for this event?
Inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture at IGD. The following measures are in place to support attendees and ensure they feel included at our events:
- We will include your gender pronoun on your badge, via your registration form (which will be sent once your ticket has been purchased).
