Where is the event taking place?
  • The venue is Kings Place, 90 York Way, London, N1 9AG, https://kingsplaceevents.co.uk/

  • The venue is located around 15 minutes’ walk from Euston, and 5 minutes’ walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras stations.

  • King’s Place is a registered charity, and all profits earned from their Conference revenue is fed back into the venue to support the arts.

 
Is there accommodation nearby?
  • An allocation of rooms at negotiated rates close to Kings Place can be viewed and booked direct with our colleagues at Edge Venues here

 
Is there a dress code?
  • Most people opt for Business casual.

  • The venue is across multiple floors and you will need to walk a short distance from your arrival train station, so we would recommend some comfortable shoes.

 
What is the food provision at the event?
  • King’s Place work with a supplier whose key focus is seasonal, fresh produce with sustainability at the forefront of what they do.

  • They own a farm, where they grow their own produce and rear their own meat.

  • All food and beverages during the event will be served in sustainable/recyclable packaging.

 
Can I access presentations after the event?
  • Any speaker approved slides will be made available after the event.

 
I have registered for the event, but I haven’t had any details through. What should I do?
 
I can no longer attend, could I please get a refund? Would it be possible to transfer my ticket to someone else?

Please see below a reminder of our refund policy:

  • Over 30 days’ notice – Full refund
  • 15-30 days’ notice – 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days’ notice – No refund
  • If you wish to transfer your ticket to a colleague, this is free of charge, please send over their details as well as those of the individual they will be replacing, to [email protected]. Please make sure the request is with us one week prior to the event to ensure access to the event app and virtual platform.

  • If you would like to change the name on the ticket, please advise us at least one week prior to the event. Name changes must be made in writing to [email protected].

 
How do I obtain a VAT receipt?
  • A receipt will be sent to your company’s finance department once your order has been processed. If you would like a copy, please send your order number & request to [email protected].

 
How do I communicate my accessibility needs?
  • We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive event experience for all attendees. King’s Place is fully accessible with lift access to all floors.

  • If you do have any accessibility requirements, please do get in touch at [email protected] so that we can ensure that your needs are met. Please also ensure that you communicate those needs on the registration form for this event.

 
What is your inclusion and diversity policy for this event?

Inclusion and diversity are fundamental to our culture at IGD. The following measures are in place to support attendees and ensure they feel included at our events:

  • We will include your gender pronoun on your badge, via your registration form (which will be sent once your ticket has been purchased).

How do IGD ensure that I am kept safe at this event?
  • IGD is committed to providing a safe and secure environment at all our events. All local and national authority guidance and regulations will be adhered to by IGD and the venue team.
